Obama portrait a labour of love

Cohen used thousands of tiny train photos to create the grey in his Obama portrait.

In a building that once housed a women's undergarment manufacturer and a ball bearing factory, one can find artist Tom Cohen's studio. Drawing on the consumer products that populate our day-to-day lives -- flyers, paper, even Kleenex boxes -- Cohen is taking what is old, forgotten or thrown away and making something new again.
