Girl Guides struggle to find a niche in modern Quebec

Ninety-nine years ago a daring group of girls attended a scouting rally in London, England. Until that point scouting had been the exclusive domain of boys, but these girls demanded the same privileges and adventures to which the Boy Scouts were entitled. So under the guidance of Agnes Baden-Powel, the first Girl Guide troop was created.
