Quebec City’s Annick Routhier-Labadie, an accomplished athlete and exemplary student, has been recognized by the Canadian Association of Rhodes Scholars.

“I’m still really overwhelmed. The best is definitely going to come,” said Routhier-Labadie, who is applying to study at Oxford University. “The next step is to be accepted.”
