CEGEP Champlain - St. Lawrence is pleased to announce that it will offer a new new course this winter entitled Introduction to Medical Terminology, from February 16 to April 28, 2013.

Supported by a grant from Entente Canada-Québec, this credit course is designed for nursing students and health professionals who want to gain a more thorough understanding of medical terms in English and/or want to expand their knowledge base. It will be offered intensively during two weekends (at the beginning and end of the course) and online for nine weeks with the teacher using state-of-the-art technology.

Do you have friends or family members studying nursing or working in health-related fields who want to improve their skills to better communicate with their English patients? We believe this new course can help!

Potential students who live more than 100 kilometres from the college may apply for financial assistance to attend the weekend sessions in Quebec City.
