The Maison de la Littérature takes flight

The interior of the Maison de la Littérature is filled with light from the many large windows. Café tables can be seen in the lower level, where a small stage and the main entrance are located.

After years of planning, restoration and renovation, the Maison de la Littérature in Old Quebec was officially opened on October 8. Located in the former Wesleyan Methodist Church at the corner of Rue Saint-Stanislas and Rue Dauphine, the once dark and dingy building is now a luminous temple of literature.
