Happy ending for two in The Story of the Three Bears

Unwilling to enter his travel cage, the youngest grizzly bear, Cody, was sedated for his trip to St-Félicien but woke up well from the anesthesia. Both Cody and Mary left their cages the next day and ran on grass for the first time in their long lives.

True to its word, the Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) transported Quebec City's two grizzly bears, Mary, born in 1983, and Cody, born in 1984, to their new home at the Zoo de St-Félicien on November 2.
