2015 World Champion Peter Sagan (centre) finished first with the help from his teammates. He beat 2016 Olympic Gold Medallist Greg Van Avermaet (left) and Anthony Roux (right), who finished in second and third place respectively. They could not have had a better scenario: a challenging race course, a cheering crowd and beautiful weather.

Nearly 170 international athletes took on the challenging 16 laps of the 13-kilometre Grand Prix de Québec through Quebec City on Friday, September 9.
