Making pancakes is not very complicated. Serving thousands of pancakes from an outdoor kitchen in the dead of winter is a different story. However, that is precisely what the Calgary–Quebec Exchange (QCE) has been doing during Quebec’s Winter Carnival for nearly 60 years. On Saturday, February 9, the CQE carried on their tradition in Place D’Youville.
