La Traite is the First Nations inspired restaurant located within the Hôtel-Musée des Premières Nations in Wendake. The décor of the hotel and the rooms is based on First Nations art and lifestyle. A special feature of the hotel is its circular museum that honours the history and culture of the Huron-Wendat nation which visitors can appreciate during their stay.

Quebec City's renowned Hôtel de Glace, situated near the former site of the Jardin zoologique de Québec, launched its first thematic weekend February 17 to 19. It celebrated First Nations culture in a joint partnership with the local Huron-Wendat community.
