Expo helps Quebecers to “eat healthy and live green”

Exhibits selling food and offering tasty samples, such as this organic baker, were very popular among expo participants.

On March 23 and 24, 2013, three categories of exhibitors at the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert shared information, ideas, and samples with Quebec City residents. At the Palais des Congrès, booths were grouped according to the themes of ecology, global health, and healthy food, and included both well-known and more recent products and methods.
