After an afternoon departure from Montreal, arrival in Quebec City offers spectacular views of the St. Charles and St. Lawrence rivers just before the train pulls into the Gare du Palais in Lower Town.

One of the best ways to experience the beauty of this part of the world is by train.  And one of loveliest stretches of track is along the south side of the St. Lawrence River Valley between Quebec City and Montreal.
