Community builders honoured on Quebec City’s 410th birthday with awarding of medals

In attendance for the medal presentation were (front row): Jacques Tanguay of the Fondation Maurice Tanguay, Gilles Jolicoeur, Claire Jolicoeur, Roland Villeneuve of the Institut Canadien de Québec and Quebec City Mayor Régis Labeaume. In the back row are Alan Casavant, mayor of Biddeford, Maine and guest of honour of the Fête de la Ville de Québec, and his wife, Patricia Jalbert.

On July 3, on the occasion of the 410th anniversary of the founding of Quebec City, Mayor Régis Labeaume awarded the Medal of the City of Quebec to Claire and Gilles Jolicoeur, the Institut Canadien de Québec and the Fondation Maurice Tanguay.
