Ghislain Picard, regional chief of the Assembly of First Nations for Quebec and Labrador, listens as Viviane Michel, president of the Quebec Native Women's Association, addresses the crowd in front of the National Assembly. Behind them are Huron-Wendat drummers from Wendake.
