Quebec City mayor Régis Labeaume, Bordeaux mayor Alain Juppé, chair of the interprofessional wine board of Bordeaux Allan Sichel, Bordeaux city councillor in charge of tourism Stéphan Delaux and sommelier and festival spokesperson Philippe Lapeyrie launch Bordeaux Fête le Vin 2017.

The fourth edition of Bordeaux Fête le Vin, held at the Espace 400e in the Old Port over the last weekend of August, was a true celebration of French wines. The space was filled with over 70 kiosks holding 15,000 bottles of red, rosé or white. Anyone with the official wine glass and time on their hands had four days to savour the wines and meet the vintners.
