Tempêtes & Passions - La Grande fête Lyrique!

Description: Monday, Sept. 24 at 6:30 p.m. – Tempêtes & Passions celebrate La Grande fête Lyrique! at the Musée de la Chapelle de l’Amérique francophone, 2 Côte de la Fabrique, Vieux-Québec. Narrated by musicologist Georges Nicholson, this concert-event unites 20 of the most well-known profession lyrical singers of the Quebec City region, accompanied by pianists Claude Soucy, Anne-Marie Bernard and Jean-François Mailloux. You will hear excerpts from great opera by Mozart, Rossini, Wagner and others, many of which have been presented during the past 16 years by Tempêtes et Passions. Starting at 6:30 p.m., there will be a silent auction where you can obtain some very nice cultural products. An unforgettable evening not to be missed, in support of Tempêtes et Passions.
