Bill Boden was honoured recently when he was presented with the Citadel Foundation's Moe Rosenhek Award by Joanne Rosenhek. The award, commemorating the late Mr. Rosenhek's contributions to the English-speaking community of Quebec, is given annually by the Citadel Foundation in recognition of outstanding volunteer service to the community.
