Come wish Quebec City a Happy Birthday!
Come out and wish Quebec City a happy 400th birthday! Voice of English-speaking Québec will be filming groups of people offering their wishes for our fair city. The recording will be part of an audio-visual presentation to be shown at the May Gala Dinner. Everyone is invited to participate on Sunday, April 27 at 3 p.m. Filming will take a maximum of 15 minutes.
Spring into shape with a new exercise regimen
Among the myriad delights that attend spring’s arrival, there is also, for many of us, the sad realization that another winter spent eating potato chips in front of the TV has done nothing good for our physiques. As we doff our winter gear, we reveal bodies grown flabby and disused, so we make ambitious promises to hit the gym three, four times a week, play tennis, get into shape.

École secondaire Roger-Comtois’s cheerleading squad, Les Patriotes, took home first place in the Juvénile (Division 2) category at last Saturday’s regional competition. High school and cegep teams, friends and families crowded the gymnasium at the PEPS to watch the show.
