A note from Cathy: Recently someone asked me if I remembered the plane crash that happened near Quebec in the late 1940s or early 1950s. Although I was quite young at the time, I did remember because the taxi driver who drove Marguerite Pitre to the airport on that fateful day was a friend of my father's. I thought I would look further into the story.
